2018 Property Tax Notices

property taxes

If you have not yet received your Property Tax Notice, or if your notice contains incorrect information, please contact the Taxation & Utilities Department at 780-821-4006 or taxes@highlevel.ca.

Property Tax Notices are deemed to have been received 7 days after they have been sent, as per section 337 of the Municipal Government Act, RSA 2000. Therefore, failure to receive a tax notice is not a valid reason for late payment.

The payment due date is June 30, 2018.

Payment can be made via cash, debit card, cheque, wire transfer or electronic funds transfer. Property taxes can also be paid at most financial institutions either in person or via online banking.

Property owners can also choose to pay their property taxes in monthly instalments via automatic pre-authorized payments. Please contact the Town office for more information about this program.

Mailed payments that are post-marked on or before June 30, 2018, will be deemed to have been received on time.
