As per Town of High Level Bylaw #886-09, a fire ban has been issued for the Town of High Level effective 11:00 AM Thursday, May 4, 2023.  This ban applies to all open fires, recreational fire pits, and brush piles.   All fire permits for recreational fire pits have been temporarily suspended.

The ban does not apply to fires contained in cooking and heating appliances which are fueled by fluids or gases (e.g. propane BBQs) or approved industrial facilities within Town limits.
