About Councillor Mercredi
I am dedicated to building a strong, welcoming, and forward thinking future for High Level. Elected to Council on a platform of collaboration, transparency, and practical problem solving, I bring a grounded, people first approach to municipal decision making.
With my ability to listen deeply and advocate thoughtfully, I will continue working to ensure residents feel heard and represented at the council table. My priorities include strengthening local services, supporting families and seniors, improving recreational and quality-of-life opportunities, and fostering economic resilience, while being mindful stewards of the community’s resources.
With a background in community engagement, volunteerism, and health care, I understand the challenges and strengths of rural life. I am committed to bridging gaps, championing inclusive growth, and supporting partnerships that make the town stronger.
Above all, I believe leadership is about showing up, working hard, and keeping people at the heart of every decision. I am honoured to serve and excited to continue building a future the whole community can be proud of.
