Land Use Bylaw Amendments & Rezoning
As per the Alberta Municipal Government Act, all municipalities in Alberta are required to adopt a Land Use Bylaw (LUB), which may prohibit, regulate, and control the use and development of land and buildings within the Town of High Level.
Occasionally, a property owner or their agent may wish to change the land use of their property to allow for different types of permitted and discretionary uses. This may also require amendments to other statutory plans to ensure compliance across all plans.
